About Me

Serena Jaskolka, MS, CCC-SLP, is a speech-language pathologist with clinical experience across skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care, and acute care settings. Her clinical work focuses on dysphagia management in post-acute care, where she also completes FEES to support access to instrumental assessment in skilled nursing facilities. Serena volunteers with I CHEWS, a community health campaign aimed at empowering older adults to take an active role in their healthcare decisions. She also serves on the PACT advisory committee. Her work is grounded in a commitment to patient-centered care, with an emphasis on supporting individuals in making informed choices that align with their values and allow for meaningful participation in daily life.
